Terms and Conditions for our Sales

We accept Cash, Checks, Debit and Credit Cards.

NO Buyer's Premium--only specialty sales would have a Buyer's Premium. (March 15th, 2008 Auction)

6 % Sales Tax is charged unless a valid Sales Tax exemption certificate is provided.

Payment Service Charges

• All purchases must be paid for the same day purchases are made.

• No extra fees for paying with Cash or Debit Card w/pin number, or Check from a regular customer that we approved.

• We will run your check for an approval for a new customer (check verification is through Global e Telecom which incurs a 3% of the purchase price charge).   Once established as a regular customer with us, there is no charge for writing a check. (Regular customer is one that attends our auctions on a regular basis.)   We will waive the charge if you present a letter of credit addressed to us from your bank stating explicitly that your account is in good standing and that they will stand behind your check (must be dated within 2 days of the auction that you are attending).

• There is a service charge for using Credit Cards but we will accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
